Changing your account details
In the My Account section you can change your email, address, contact and password details. Simply log in and click on the My Account tab, found at the top of every page. To change your email details or password, enter your new email address or password and click the submit button.
If you need to change the name assigned to your billing address, you can do this by going to edit my billing address.
You can only have one billing address in your account. This address is held in the address book and can be edited using the link to the right of the address. If you do not have alternative delivery addresses set up, this will be used as your default delivery address.
Your mailing preferences
You can decide here which newsletters you would like to receive, and choose to unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
Password and login help
If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can use our forgotten password service. To change your password, visit My Account and follow the instructions. If you are having difficulty logging in, fill out an online enquiry form and one of our customer services team will get back to you.
Your rewarded school
You can choose up to two schools to benefit from the money your orders will earn. To add a school to your account, you can search for a school by name or location in the My Account section of the website, or in the basket when you are shopping. If the school you wish to donate to is not listed, it may be that they don't have an account with Puffin Book Club. If this is the case, please do speak to a teacher or administrator at the school about the benefits being part of our club, or if you would prefer one of our customer services team to contact them on your behalf, please call us on 0845 606 4216 and we will send a registration pack explaining our services to the school.
If you do not have a school you wish to benefit from the money you earn, there's no need for them to go to waste: you can help support reading by choosing to donate the money to the Puffin Nest Egg, which gives books to charities involved in promoting reading at home and abroad.
