Our delivery service for parents
We make every effort to get our books to you on time, and have a proven record in doing so. We use a nationally recognised parcel delivery service for all orders, you should expect your books to arrive quickly and safely.
We are committed to offering a good value service and offer free postage and packing if you spend over £25 (€55) in a single order.
Now you can also choose to have your online order delivered to your school absolutely free! Simply select 'free delivery to your school' at the checkout.
Our delivery service for schools
When you place your group order with Puffin Book Club, your books will be delivered to the school packed in individually labelled bags so orders are easy to distribute and coordinators can concentrate on talking to the children about their purchases rather than having to sort through boxes of books and make up orders.
School orders should arrive within seven working days of the orders being received at our warehouse, and can be tracked in the same way as orders placed online. Please visit the How to track orders section for more information.
Postcodes information
Please note: if you live in certain areas of Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles, we are unable to offer our regular delivery service, because of carrier restrictions. Please allow seven to ten days for delivery to the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD8-11, GY, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV21-56, JE, KA27-38, KW15-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
We are currently unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers.
Postcode lookup
Postcode lookup saves you time by finding your address just using the postcode. Enter your postcode into the box on the registration page and click on the 'find address' link. Choose from the dropdown list of possible addresses for this postcode and your address will automatically be filled into the registration form. If your address does not appear you can enter your postcode manually.

Please note: these delivery times and prices only apply to online orders. Telephone and mail order delivery times may vary. PBC is currently only available in the UK and Ireland. Commission only orders are subject to postage charges.

Remember our standard delivery is free on individual orders over £25 (€55) and school orders over £50 (€80)!
With our online group ordering facility, all group orders submitted online will be delivered to your school absolutely free!
Ordering from overseas
- BFPO
Puffin Book Club offers a delivery service for BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. This is only available online and is not subject to any postage promotions or discounts. Orders exceeding £100 may be subject to a surcharge. BFPO delivery rates are not eligible for postage discounts or promotions.
IMPORTANT: When registering as a BFPO customer, you must enter your BFPO address, but the postcode MUST be entered as HA4 6DQ (including the space) for your order to be processed. When using postcode look-up, please overwrite the address found with your BFPO address, but keep the postcode as HA4 6DQ. - Overseas schools
We are sorry that we do not currently run our scheme outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
