Benefits of online group ordering for schools
By setting up an online group order your school can encourage parents to place their order through our website, and still receive the option of free delivery to your school. This means even more free books for your school!
How to open your school's online group order
Simply visit your school's account at www.puffinbookclub.co.uk. Scroll down to the bottom of your account page where you'll find a box headed 'Group order' and click 'Create'. Add a closing date by which parents must place their orders (this should closely follow your magazine order deadline) and select 'Save'.
How to close your school's online group order
To close your order scroll down to the online group ordering section of your account page. Select 'Edit' and then 'Close order'. You will now be asked if any parents have placed any orders via the magazine. After you have answered this question your online group order will be despatched to your school along with any magazine orders.
Will I have to return to the website to open the online group order for each magazine issue?
For each new magazine you will need to return to the website to open and close your group order. This will enable parents to support the school and ensure that their online orders are always processed.

When your school joins our online group ordering service you can place your order online and have your order delivered to your school free of charge. You should place your order before the deadline that your school has specified, and then your books will be delivered with your school's group order.
How do I receive free delivery to my chosen school?
When you are ready to place your order you will be taken to a delivery page. If your school has opened their online group order you will be given the option for your order to be sent to your school. Select the circle beside your school's address if you want to take advantage of this offer. If your school has not opened their online order you will need to select another option for delivery.
